Location. PA. Nov 15, 2011. #1. So, my husband has this Stihl 032 AV which idles but when he turns up the RPM's it sputters and shuts off. When he tries to restart the thing, it won't until it has a chance to cool down. He took it to local repair place and they told him it needed a new coil/coils.My stihl had been leaking bar oil. in this video I show what I did to fix the problem.
