the Roman culture trigger has been removed as well as hellenic. I have an iron man save where I have all the exact duchies and a reformed rome. stopped to ponder a feasible way to attain hellenism. roman culture is just gone though. honestly dont think hellenism is possible at this point either. maybe if you were to start as a count of one county and save piety to convert then. Check your de jure territory. Usually these decisions flip all the covered territory to your realm. This helps succession, and increases vassal contributions. Never had an issue with succession in this game, so it would not help me much. All in all, the 9th generation restored the Roman Empire and now I have free cb on a sack of duchies from the Roman historical realm.Eventually got to 100% was score, got the decision and the Carolingian borders have finally been restored. This is an awkward achievement because you don't have control on the HRE being disbanded before you get all the land.
