June 13, 2018 Starting in 2018, End of Rotation™ exam scores are reported on a scale from 300 to 500. Using this standard metric will allow for easy comparisons between versions of the exam over time and forms of the exam delivered to a cohort. A number of questions have been asked that deserve some detailed, written explanation.I have done well on previous PAEA EOR's, using Rosh Review boost exams. I find the Rosh Review exams difficult, but doable and will score roughly 65-70% on them, and will subsequently earn a high B on PAEA exams. However, i'm 70% through the Rosh Surgery boost exam, and have roughly a 90% score.PAEA End of Curriculum exam vs PANCE. My program adopted the PAEA EOC exam for our summative evaluation. I just got my score back, and I am surprised how it went. I scored above what I expected (1520). I have usually scored between 390-420 on my EOR's, and I got a 155 on PACKRAT2 (post clinical).
