Completely close RPCS3, or move to the next step in case it has crashed. On Linux it will be in ~/.cache/rpcs3/. On Windows it will be near the executable. Drag and drop your log file into the issue. To create an RSX capture, use Create RSX Capture under Utilities. I've tried both NCAA 14 and 13 (I own both games), and they both have the same issue. The blue players on the side don't really bother me, but it's not worth playing if the field is completely off, with yard lines in the completely wrong locations.
