The robot is away from walls and perfectly level. There is nothing under the robot. It's filled to the line with normal clumping cat litter. If we are home it isn’t a huge deal to reset everything but if we aren’t home it won’t cycle after 2 rounds of notifications. The drawer clearly isn’t “full”.
