I don’t do any dailies on my mules except daily bosses. Dailies are for stats from symbols, levels to unlock more node slots and levels to gain FD for being above the bosses level. If you are 10 levels above the boss you gain 20% FD against them, 2% per level above. For legion mule just upgrade your gear as you level up in order to make it just strong enough so it can 1-shot. I also have a 230 DB bossing mule that solos nLomein in about 12 minutes total at 17.5k (slowly working to nSlime). I think he meets all your requirements. His bossing is great and easy with darksight, 2 iframes, easy to maintain DPM, and soon to improve with destiny fixing the timing between all his cooldown skills.
